Quick Update: I am focusing on providing specialist consulting, foot surgery, and teaching.
Andrew is an accomplished, experienced and dedicated podiatrist with specialist registration as a Podiatric Surgeon. His primary area of expertise is in reconstructive forefoot surgery such as bunions, hammertoes, neuromas, and ingrowing toenails. As a specialist podiatrist, he provides consultation and advice on complex foot and ankle problems.

About Andrew
Graduating from podiatry in 1981 he began his career at Flinders Medical Centre working in diabetic and high-risk foot clinics. He gained a fellowship of the Australasian College of Podiatric Surgeons and endorsement for scheduled medicines in 1995 and has worked at various private hospitals and held a public hospital position as a Visiting Podiatric Surgeon at the Repatriation General Hospital from 2002 – 2010. He currently operates at Calvary Central Districts Private Hospital, Glenelg Day Surgery, McLaren Vale War Memorial Hospital, and Darwin Private Hospital.
In 2016 Andrew was awarded a Fellowship in the Faculty of Podiatric Medicine at the prestigious Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (Glasgow).
Apart from private practice Andrew still provides guest lectures to current students and lectures to postgraduate podiatry courses in surgery, pediatrics, advanced biomechanics, advanced podiatric medicine and sports medicine at the University of South Australia. He has lectured extensively in Japan and continues to do so annually. He worked overseas on a voluntary basis since 1996 in several aid programs and has helped develop a program for the early intervention and treatment of clubfoot in Vietnam
Andrew has always been committed to the advancement of podiatry and podiatric surgery. He is currently has a position on the Council of the Australasian College of Podiatric Surgeons. Other professional activities have included; State President and National President of the Australian Podiatry Council, chairperson of the Podiatrist’s Registration Board of South Australia, Trustee of the Australian Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine, Chairman of the Australian Podiatry Education and Research Foundation and numerous other professional committees and boards.

Andrew makes time to have interests outside of work which see him sailing on Secret Men’s Business at the Cruising Yacht Club of South Australia, snow skiing, traveling and collecting contemporary art.
