Referring GP’s, please fax documentation to 8344 9460.
Referrals are not required for private health insurance purposes but are required for services provided to eligible veterans and Medicare subsidised services.
If you have a referral, please make sure you also bring this along to your appointment.
A fee will be charged for appointments not kept or cancelled within 24 hours.
We are happy to provide you with an estimate of the fee for your initial consultation, please request at the time of booking.
Payment is required at the time of service and we accept most forms of payment including EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard.
We provide HICAPS for “on the spot claims” processing for private health insurance and eligible Medicare services.
